There is currently a pre-sale on the disc and canti Romanceur frames and judging by all the comments/texts/dms/emails these should go fairly quick – both models. The canti version is the same beautiful pistachio color and the disc is a beautiful Atlantic salmon.
Matt and I were tucked away on a side street shooting photos of Scott’s Nor’Easter and both of us looked over and saw this dude out of nowhere wheeling down the street on a disc Lightning Bolt. He ended up being at the coffee spot we went to after and let us shoot a few photos. As soon as I find out his name (again, sorry) I’ll update this post. BREAKING NEWS! Not everyone has the time or the means to build an Instagram™ Bike. Not me, at least. It helps that I have a tendency to collect and hoard bike parts and I think pretty much everything is possible with some clever hacking. That said, I’m going to step you through my latest build on this pre-production Lightning Bolt from 2017, with parts primarily with the aim to clear the dust bunnies out of my parts bin.
