Jan’s Lovely Romanceür

Jan contacted us a couple of months ago with a question regarding the Disc Romeo’s replaceable derailleur hanger. In said email he included a photo of his stunner of a Romanceür you see above. I replied with an answer to the hanger question and this: “I really love that build. If you ever feel like shooting some more photos of it and doing a little build breakdown to share on Dropped Chain, please be my guest!“. Thankfully Jan obliged! This fendered up, chubby tire’d, rando bag sportin’, 1x Romeo hearkens to some of the earliest builds of these bikes I saw out in the world, and I love it. Here is what all Jan has going on here:
