A last minute invitation at coffee outside turned into one of the most enjoyable trips I’ve embarked on. A manageable 10 hour drive from Boulder, New Mexico’s Monumental Loop treated us to three days of impeccable weather, stunning scenery, and delicious cuisine. And 1 day of face-melting winds. Prior to this ride I had never visited New Mexico, and honestly I think “The Land of Enchantment” is underselling it. Consider me hooked.
